Grading System

Cells purchased from manufacturers come in different batches, each with varying resistance and capacity. Strict sampling tests are conducted to verify capacity and performance. Approved cells are then stored for future use.

Lithium Battery Workshop

Covering over 6,000 square meters, the production lines are equipped with clear SOPs , emergency fire exits, and contingency plans. All equipment undergoes annual precision calibration, with detailed records maintained.

Sample Workshop

Produces durable steel enclosures on semi-automatic lines, featuring precision laser welding and strict quality checks. Our process ensures reliable, custom metal cases for energy storage, golf carts, marine, and industrial applications.

Laser Welding

Before mass production, welding diagrams are prepared in advance. Cells and copper bars are accurately arranged and then placed into the automated laser welding machines.

Lithium Battery Aging Room

Leadmax Battery After production, a comprehensive charge and discharge test is performed, recording capacity, charge/discharge rates, and temperature data for future traceability.

Lithium Battery SOC Calibration

Before shipment, all battery packs of the same batch are voltage-tested against their discharge curves to ensure uniformity at 55% SOC, preventing excessive discharge during sea transport.

Lithium Battery Finished Goods

Finished products, after passing aging tests and SOC calibration, are placed in the warehouse for shipping. Products not shipped within a month are re-inspected before being restocked.

Leadmax Battery delivers high-quality lithium batteries from our factory with secure packaging and strict testing, ensuring safe, timely supply for energy storage. golf carts, marine, and industrial applications.

Standard products are produced within 15-20 days and shipped immediately via sea or air. Customized products are produced within 30-35 days. Sea shipping usually takes 28-35 days.

An extensive product line, fully traceable production processes, an average warranty of over 10 years, stable cell resources from CATL, BYD, Gotion, and EVE, and support for production process visualization.

For orders below $10,000 USD, we accept 100% prepayment via T/T. For larger orders, we require a 50% prepayment. Once production is complete, we provide videos and images or conduct live video inspections, and the balance is paid before shipping.

We use cells from leading domestic brands like CATL, BYD, EVE, and Gotion. If you have a specific cell brand in mind, we can accommodate your request.

However, custom products are designed and assembled to client specifications, making it challenging to conduct comprehensive short-term testing. In most cases, we provide a 5-10 year warranty, depending on the specific application scenario, which will be clarified during communication
