Step 1. Send Sample Pack

We know how important it is to get your products delivered as quickly and efficiently possible. That’s why we’re happy when customers send us a sample pack of their batteries in advance so that our team can recreate the perfect new or replacement battery for you!

Step 2: Photos And Specifications

If it is not possible to send us a sample pack, we would like to receive three photos of the battery pack, three photos of the connector, and three specifications. Please include at least one photo where the label is clearly legible. Then send the photos, specifications

Step 3: Completing All Specifications
